It's a Girl Thing ~ by My Life Story
I seem to have a habit of liking obscure tracks from movies or TV. One such track is It's a Girl Thing which featured in the opening credits of Teachers Season 2 (UK Channel 4 drama). Finding the actual track was relatively easy with such lyrics as "She removed your name from the speed dialer screen. And now you don't exist yeah cos it's a girl thing". Buying the track was harder. iTunes and the like are pretty useless for anything out of the ordinary. However, I did find the track on Amazon! It's a Girl Thing - My Life Story.

I love this song too,i first heard it when i saw part of a VH1 'Behind The Music' of The Spice Girls. i totally fell in love with the track and it took me over 2 years to track it down (again i searched for it by typing the lyrics into Google!) That show on VH1 also introduced me to Moby's 'Honey' and LL Cool J's 'Mama said Knock You Out'among others.
I love playing the 'Girl Thing' song in my car really loud and quite often mates have asked for a copy since they love it too :-)
Well My Life Story (& the daughter band ExileInside) have loads of similarly great tracks.
And it may be easier to get hold of them all soon...
